The published account
Tuko reported that a woman delivered two girls and three boys at SamJ Specialist Hospital following IVF. Its July 2019 article identifies Dr Samuel Amo-Mensah and credits AdomOnline for a photograph.
The report describes neonatal observation after delivery. It is a historical account of one family’s care, not a measure of the hospital’s overall IVF success rate.
SamJ’s original website dates its news card 10 August 2021. That archive date is retained separately from the earlier external coverage.
